Flipper House opposite hope to complete their new wing before Christmas and this will give a smarter option in Soi 7. As you can see building work is progressing.
This winter sees the first full season for Sabai Empress at the top of Soi 1.
The old Nova Lodge has been taken over on a new 6 year lease and is called the Centara Beach Hotel. The hotel is cosmetically renovating and Khun Dang Asistant Managing Director now assures us that we shall have good rooms for our guests. This location is excellent being at the beach end of Pattaya Klang. 
The Montien is nearing the end of its contract and we have replaced it with The Discovery Beach Hotel at the Beach end of Soi 6/1. All rooms have sea views and it is a new property and a great place to watch the Loy Krathong Festival on the night of 2nd November.
There are new hotels offered in 2010 with more of the excellent President group of Serviced apartments in Bangkok and the Courtyard by Marriott on Surin Beach in Phuket where Nick stayed for a few days in July.
